"I thought Casey presented the right balance of growing the team skills both on and off the court and cared about the athletes as individuals. MVP staff and teams go out of their way to support all teams at practice and tournaments even when their teams are done playing. We also had the right amount of tournaments at the right level while balancing local and travel tournaments. I was able to ask questions and provide feedback to the coaches and VP in addition to being able to add lessons as needed! Overall great experience."

Casey was a great support to my daughter this year both on and off the court. It was important to not only invest in the girls as players but as teammates and people. While MVP is a large organization, it also has a small/family feel to it. Coaches from other teams would always go out of their way to speak to the girls at practice and at tournaments. When other MVP teams would finish, coaches didn't leave the gym, they would join the coaching staff on the bench or the cheering section with parents. Culture is important and I see the intentional focus on it."
