VOLLEYTOTS
Volleytots is a fun volleyball program for boys & girls 3 thru 6th grade. We teach the fundamental skills of volleyball as well as making it fun for them to play. It is a great workout for the kids and the have fun doing it. The last session of the training we run a mini tournament with the players. We culminate the program with, of course, some fun parental interaction games. All-in-all the goal is to get the kids to learn something about volleyball and to develop a love of volleyball all while having fun!
ITSY BITSY SPIKERS
Format - Basic Fundamentals & Techniques to be taught are Serving, Passing, Setting and Spiking. We will also play some fun games to keep the kids attention while learning pieces of technique that are critical to the development of a volleyball player. Again, the goal here is to develop a love of the game of volleyball and to give them a basic understanding of the game while having fun.
Ages: 6-8 year olds

GYM RATS
Format - Basic Fundamentals like Serving, Passing, Setting & Spiking. We will also introduce game play into this training. We will teach them how to rotate and play some modified games of volleyball. We will add in some other fun games to keep the kids attention while learning techniques that are critical to their development as a volleyball player.
